We get it. Sometimes you don’t want to deal with remote troubleshooting or this may be the first time you are utilizing our services and you would like to get to know us in person before giving remote access to your system. For clients not set up on a subscription agreement, all service calls that have not been through remote troubleshooting first will incur the on site support fees. If you attempt remote troubleshooting first, and we are unable to solve your problem remotely, your first on site support call will be free.
On site support fees are charged hourly and do include drive time. If the initial payment is not sufficient to cover the service call, by purchasing this item, you are agreeing to pay additional time if it becomes necessary for travel or to resolve your issue.
