Your issue is urgent enough that you cannot delay by scheduling a service call. If an emergency situation happens after hours, as long as we are not already deployed, and you are located within the Memphis Metropolitan area, we should be able to get a technician to you within two hours. If we are not able to make it you within that time window, your fees will be automatically refunded the next day.
Dining Tech Talk, LLC classifies Emergency Situations as any of the following:
1: You cannot process payments on any device.
2: You cannot send orders to the kitchen or to the bar, and there is not a close enough terminal to redirect tickets to until the next available scheduled support session.
