Your issue is urgent enough that you cannot delay by scheduling a service call. If this happens during regular support hours (Monday-Friday 8a-8p), as long as we are not already fully booked, we should be able to get a technician to you within two hours.

1: You cannot process payments on any device.
2: You cannot send orders to the kitchen or to the bar, and there is not a close enough terminal to redirect tickets to until the next available scheduled support session.
